Our dairy

Fewer ingredients.
More patience.

Most commercial yogurt is thickened with modified milk ingredients and stabilisers so it can survive a truck. Ours is cultured until the culture says it's done, then chilled.

The cream cheese is drained in cloth overnight instead of being firmed up with gums. The halloumi is brined for a full day, which is why it squeaks when you bite it and why it holds its shape on the grill.

  • 40 L largest batch we run
  • 0 gums, fillers or modified milk
  • 24 h brine on every halloumi

Questions

The short answers

All questions

How does the weekly plan work?

You prepay for a block of weeks — 4, 8 or 12 — and collect one tub each pickup. There's no card on file and nothing to cancel: your name is on the card at the table.

How long does it keep?

Yogurt 6% keeps 21 days, Cream Cheese keeps 14 days, Halloumi keeps 21 days. Keep it refrigerated; halloumi keeps best covered in its brine.

Where and when is pickup?

Saturdays, 9 am – 2 pm at Calgary Farmers' Market — 510 77 Ave SE.

Do you deliver?

Yes — Fridays, 12 – 6 pm across Calgary city limits, $8.00, free over $40.00. A weekly card's first tub rides with your delivery; the remaining weeks are pickup.
